Let’s hope the Governor of Utah signs this bill! Even though you may not live in Utah, as I do not, we need to cheer on these actions wherever they happen as this will give inspiration and momentum to actions in ALL states!

I thought Obamacare was supposed to be the greatest thing for business and the health care system ever?? We were told it would lower cost, increase options, and cover more people. But now we find that the connected and Obama friendly companies and organizations are getting waivers to opt out of some of the worst provisions of this supposedly awesome law!
The result will be the passing of even more of the cost and burden of the law onto the businesses and individuals who are not well connected to the left and Obama special interests.

Are Friends of Obama Being Exempted from the Regulations of the New Health Law? A growing number of labor unions and politically well-connected entities are receiving preferential treatment from the Obama Administration. Already 111 labor unions and Administration-approved businesses – such as Asbestos Workers Local 53, Local 25 SEIU, CIGNA, Jack in the Box, and Denny’s – have received waivers which exempt them from ObamaCare’s worst provisions. The vast majority of small businesses, of course, won’t get such a sweet deal.
Is Small Business Going to Be Left Out? Complying with ObamaCare’s regulations is expensive. For small businesses without political connections, the options are painful: either pay for ObamaCare’s costly mandates or be penalized and a pay a tax for not paying for ObamaCare’s mandates.
Waivers are Arbitrary and Unfair. ObamaCare’s waivers allow some taxpayers and employers to avoid costly mandates while compelling other no-less-deserving firms and employees to bear the burden and cost of ObamaCare.
Fight Back! ObamaCare constitutes a massive disruption in the U.S. economy. If its most onerous provisions aren’t repealed, the American people can expect more of these kinds of expensive and arbitrary effects. You deserve better. Fight for the health reform you need.
This is just the beginning of the horrors of this bill. We work to defund and repeal Obamacare and more importantly, fight it at the state level as it is a massive trumping of states’ rights.

This article that appeared on Freep.com shows exactly what we were afraid of and why the Tenth Amendment and Nullification may be our only way to stop this flagrant (in a series of MANY) un-Constitutional bill.

There are many more of these suits out there that will be heard and this one will be appealed. Either way, they will probably all end up in the Supreme Court someday but in the meantime Obama and the left can erect this massive bureaucracy in hopes of having its tentacles so in-grained into society that it cannot be undone.

The states MUST stand up and beat this back because we CANNOT count on the courts or the Republicans to do it for us.  If your state won’t (as mine!), then you may want to consider moving to one that does.

The battle lines are drawn!

September 17 is Constitution Day–the day the Constitution was signed in Philadelphia and sent to the states for ratification.

This day SHOULD be a national holiday, but as we have seen in all to many cases, the slow eroding of accurate, proper, and true American history continues and eats away at the links to our Founding that are so critical to the future of our Republic. This is clearly being done on purpose by the left and the educational bureaucracy that wishes to rewrite and erase the TRUE story of our Founding and the great men and stories behind it.

But you can do your part in reconnecting with the tand maybe bring a few people along with you!
